Hard Coat Packaging In-charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor & control shift KPIs including:

Product quality

Labor and machine productivity

Material consumption

General expenses

Production flow

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance

2. Ensure implementation of all Process Control Procedures (PCPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during production

3. Conduct proactive analysis of daily shift results to control process parameters

4. Oversee and support all production-related activities during the shift.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Chemical Engineering course

With at least 2 years experience in manufacturing company set-up

Basic analytical skills (KPIs measurement & analysis)

Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint

Good English Communication skills both oral and written
