Main Responsibilities
We require you to address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to general inquiries.
You will communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse requests.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling, are essential.
You must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, following our operating/peak hours.
