Formation :

Vous préparez un BTS SIO ou un Bachelor en Informatique

Compétences :

Bonne maîtrise de l’environnement Windows

Aisance avec les outils du pack Office

Connaissances de base en réseaux et systèmes seraient un plus

Permis B obligatoire pour ce poste

Qualités attendues :

Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

Bon niveau rédactionnel

Bonne élocution

Sens et respect du service client

Capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation

Savoir travailler en équipe
