Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agents to join our Bucharest office. The successful candidates will provide front-line support to our Turkish-speaking clients, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to Turkish-speaking clients.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating cases where appropriate.
Accurately document customer interactions within company systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Uphold NXGN GLOBAL’s standards of excellence and professionalism in all client engagements.
Candidate Profile
Native-level fluency in Turkish, with good English proficiency (working level).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.
