What’s the role about?
You’ll play a crucial part in testing concrete out in the field. This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience in concrete testing, so we’re looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent full-time role that includes weekend shifts, perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility, with RDOs and overtime to match.
Your new role will involve:
Performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas
Carrying out equipment calibrations
Conducting laboratory testing operations
Ensuring NATA requirements are met
Assisting the technical team
You’re a great fit if you:
Have a current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
Hold or are willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card
Have a great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn
Are tenacious and take ownership of your responsibilities
Are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals
Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)
Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours
Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)
Are physically fit

If successful, you’ll be booked for a medical, and upon passing, you may be offered a contract to join the team!
