SALARY: Annually $32,000
Monthly $2,666.67 (plus location pay)
WORKING HOURS: Monday Friday
8a.m. to 5p.m.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Typically requires a Certificate from an Approved School of Nursing, Licensure as an LPN and 0-4 years of experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
Responsible for tracking, trending, and submitting HBIP data.
Carries out the functions of the utilization review program for the facility in accordance with established policy and procedures.
Collect, analyze, aggregate, and disseminate UR data each month to the QA Director.
Collect, analyze, aggregate, and disseminate assigned QA data each month to the QA Director.
Other duties as assigned
