Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Setting: Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage, focusing mostly on pediatric patients, with some adult cases

Schedule: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients upon referral using various evaluation methods to develop personalized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals

Provide safe and effective speech therapy, addressing physical, mental, social, and emotional factors to improve quality of life and independence

Apply therapeutic principles with clinical judgment to monitor patient responses to treatment

Ensure timely documentation completion to support speech therapy service reimbursement Qualifications:

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the State of Ohio

BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment

Basic computer skills required; prior experience with EPIC patient charting preferred Benefits:
