Location: Sunbury, OH

Pay: $25.65 - $45.53 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Looking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift (one weekend per month required)

A leading manufacturing facility in Sunbury, OH is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, automated equipment, and plant systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of industrial machinery, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, including reprogramming machines and robots (Fanuc experience a plus).

Visually inspect, test, and diagnose faulty equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance and install new or repaired parts to ensure efficient machine operation.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and prints (electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical).

Collaborate with production staff and leadership to identify and resolve issues.

Work as a team player to meet consistent production and quality goals.

Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company safety standards. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; strong computer and math skills.

Minimum 2 years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or similar field preferred.

2+ years of verifiable maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls strongly desired.

Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills with a career-oriented mindset.

Ability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend work.

Ability to commute or relocate to Sunbury, OH before starting work.
