Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth byidentifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with a primary focus on software solutions.The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, possess deepknowledge of software sales, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills.
A background in the manufacturing industry will be an addedadvantage but is not a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads across industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software solutions.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.• Background in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.• Experience with ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise-level software solutions.• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.• Strong negotiation abilities, with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.• Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
