About the location:AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. About the Role
As a Restaurant Guest Relation (Hostess), you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating while delivering professional and attentive service.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Maintain guest waitlists and update waiting times accurately.
Assist in coordinating communication between guests and the service team.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support the overall flow of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations.
Uphold the restaurant’s standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
What You Bring
Previous experience in guest relations, hostess, or front-of-house roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and polished presentation.
Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
