Accounting controller Commercial Construction

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Controller Commercial Construction! You will be responsible for the effective management and accounting for all business activities

Responsibilities:

Standard bookkeeping activities of day to day operations

Oversee and manage the businesses cashflow

Analyze information to assess current and future financial health

Review and help develop costs control for optimal budget and operational planning

Manage company billing and payables, and company payroll.

Produce accurate monthly financial statements.

Prepare and coordinate accurate end of year documents for review by outside CPA firm.

Qualifications:

minimum 10 years experience in accounting with an emphasis on construction accounting.

Knowledge of GAAP

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work under pressure
