As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your work hours are flexible, allowing you to choose your schedule from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 11 PM EST and on weekends. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Customer Assistance: Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to general inquiries.
Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Requirements:
At least one year of sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
