Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, text message, and others.
Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to customers' general inquiries.
Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $21.50 CAD.
Flexible schedule between Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST) and Saturday-Sunday: 7:30am-8pm EST (Peak: 7:30am-8pm EST and 9am-3pm EST respectively).
Responsibilities and Work Schedule:
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Set own flexible schedule within designated hours.
Handle customer interactions across various channels.
