This role offers the chance to design and grow meaningful fundraising and development programs that directly support communities across Manitoba, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

You will play a key role in building strategies, leading initiatives in fundraising, sponsorship, grants, and legacy giving, and ensuring these programs thrive and expand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MANAGER OF DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIP: Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies and manage campaigns, including events such as galas, auctions, and community initiatives, to meet revenue goals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement and support.

Track, analyze, and report on fundraising performance using CRM systems and other tools to inform decision-making.

Ensure all fundraising, sponsorship, and grant activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Build and sustain long-term relationships with foundations, corporations, and government agencies to secure ongoing funding.

Develop and lead a comprehensive legacy giving program, engaging prospective donors through outreach, events, and targeted marketing materials.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A MANAGER OF DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIP: Degree in Community Development, Non-Profit Management, Public Relations or related disciplines.

Certification as a fundraising professional would be a significant asset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly proficient in the use of office productivity tools, which include MS Office 365, and Dynamics CRM.
