Role 1
Primary responsibility is to complete customer set up in the system of record review signed documents for accuracy and completeness of specific fields verify receipt of all documents required for booking perform detailed due diligence requirements based on collateral and loan types and send funds via wire per the funding instructions. This role is responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of initial loan review and wires prior to booking.
Role 2
Primary responsibility is to book the loan onto the banks system of record and perfect bank's collateral. Responsible for maintaining control of bank collateral through set-up exception tracking and standardization of collateral files. Assures initial lien perfection. Responsible for accurate input of all indicative data changes. This role is responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the booking and collateral process. Independently perform research and discuss loans with line partners with confidence and knowledge.
