Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing complex processes, improving productivity, and ensuring efficient operations within the manufacturing environment. Your expertise in industrial engineering principles will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Design and integrate robotic and automated systems to enhance production efficiency.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Conduct feasibility studies on new machinery and equipment, particularly focusing on gearing and motors.
Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Inventor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with robotics and automation technologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor for design and modeling purposes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
