Jackson Ridge Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to join our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in housekeeping. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:
Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Dusting furniture, equipment, and cleaning windowsills.
Cleaning/sanitizing toilets and sinks to ensure hygiene
Cleaning floors, dusting common areas, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderly appearance of the facility.
Emptying trash containers and disposing of waste according to established procedures.
Following all safety procedures and infection control protocols and properly using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintaining adequate stock of necessary cleaning supplies, such as bathroom tissue and hand soap.
HOURS: 7:30am - 2:30pm, must be available to work some weekends.Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills to be able to talk with residents, staff, and families.Location:
