Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a 1:1 RN to support a student in a Pre-K special education program. This role involves hands-on medical care, personal care, and supervision of the students G-tube and tracheostomy, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist student with personal care, including toileting and diapering

Supervise and manage G-tube feedings and tracheostomy care

Support ventilator management and use of paci Muir valve for communication

Collaborate with school staff and parents regarding student care

Ensure student safety throughout the school day

Qualifications:

Active RN license

Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred

Previous school-based or 1:1 pediatric experience a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills
