This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.

Following diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.

Locating sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision instruments.

Removing defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools.

Adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments.

Controlling downtime by educating production workers on preventive maintenance techniques.

Fabricating repair parts using machine shop equipment.

Responding rapidly to mechanical maintenance requests.

Preparing maintenance reports by analyzing and summarizing trends.

Maintaining technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.

Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal Maintenance Mechanic will possess:

Strong equipment maintenance skills.

Expertise in electrical and mechanical repairs.

Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Solid technical understanding.

Proficiency in operating a wide range of power tools safely.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
