THE JOB:

As an Assistant Housekeeper, you play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supervising housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help create memorable stays for every guest.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise housekeeping staff and enforce company policies and procedures.

Conduct room inspections and ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.

Maintain detailed records, including maintenance issues, lost items, and employee performance.

Train staff on cleaning products and safety protocols per OSHA regulations.

Coordinate special services such as turndown and VIP guest requests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED required

2+ years of prior relevant experience required

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
