Union: position is covered under the Lorain Association of Classified Employees (LACE) / Lorain City Schools Board of Education Negotiated Agreement

Classification / Salary Schedule:

Classification = Secretary B (10-month)

2025/26 SY Salary:

Probationary Rate (first 180 days) = $19.21 per hour

Standard Rate (after 180 days) = $22.27 per hour

Workdays/Hours:

Monday - Friday

8 hours per day

210 work days per school year

NOTE: If hired after the start of the school year, the number of work days for the 2025/26 school year will be pro-rated to the date-of-hire

First Workday of 2025/26 SY = Friday, August 1, 2025
