nAssist Live Haul Manager in day-to-day management of operations.\nTrain employees, ensuring Animal Welfare Policies are enforced.

\nAssist in supervising live haul drivers, ensuring safe driving practices.\nEnsure team members and drivers adhere to company safety policies and practices.\nMonitor PM Program.\nAssist in training drivers, monitoring driver hours, and ensuring DOT compliance.\nMonitor and administer Drive-Cam System.\nRespond to farm catching and hauling issues and accidents.\nOther relevant duties as assigned.

indhp\n\nHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Animal or Poultry Science or other related area of study preferred.\nExcellent technology, computer, math and analytical skills.\n3+ years supervisory experience required.\nCurrent CDL, or ability to obtain license within 1 year required.\n
