As a Security Professional - Government Site in Santa Rosa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an unarmed officer supporting a government location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular checks and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. Your role will help to deter security-related incidents and offer peace of mind to those you serve. This position is primarily a driving post, requiring you to navigate the assigned area while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
Complete incident reports and other documentation as required by site-specific policies.
Assist with access control and/or visitor management as needed at the government location.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
