Sycamore Life Sciences is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support our growing operations and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across logistics, digital commerce, and institutional partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques

Provide ongoing reports and performance insights to stakeholders

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets

Data Infrastructure & Optimization

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies

Acquire data from primary and secondary sources; maintain and update data systems

Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct issues

Optimize statistical efficiency and data quality through automation and process refinement

Business Alignment & Process Improvement

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Locate and define new opportunities for process improvement

Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's Degree is CIS, MIS, Economics, Mathematics, IT

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques

Experience in working with Python and key data libraries is preferred

You must be an excel guru, as this role requires heavy data analysis, and manipulation

Strong proficiency with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming languages (e.g., XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks)

Solid understanding of statistics and experience with statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large volumes of information with precision

Adept at writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
