Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our customers and must be well-versed in customer service with a friendly demeanor that leaves a lasting impression. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Receive calls into the dealership, answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers. Greet showroom customers and document them in the CRM.
