WOUND CARE SPECIALIST NEEDED

Physician, or Nurse Practitioner needed for Wound Care (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Rehab)

Seeking licensed medical professionals to join our team. You will work in skilled nursing facilities and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds, change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, replace or remove G-Tubes (will train), establish plan of care and work within facility protocols.

You'll also have the opportunity to do Home Health visits as needed.
