Customer Service Representative Job Summary

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to customers' general inquiries.

Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.

Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must be able to render at least 20 hours per week during peak hours stated above.

Work can be performed from Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST) Saturday: 7:30am-8pm EST (Peak: 7:30-8pm EST) Sunday: 9am-8pm EST (Peak: 11am-3pm EST)
