General Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Townhall Pubic House in Maple Ridge!

Responsibilities

Providing leadership and development for the team

Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires

Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees

Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards

Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed

Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

Working Conditions

Hours and shifts may vary

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Perks

Salary to include $12,000-$17,000 in tips, bonuses available, based on targets achieved!

Requirements

Serving It Right Certification

Minimum 2 years experience working as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, pub experience considered an asset

Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
