Principal Consultant, Enterprise Security (Bilingual)

Overview

Principal Consultant – M365 & Azure Security (Bilingual French-English). Full-time.

Our client is looking for a bilingual Principal Consultant (French-English) with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure Security. In this role, you’ll help organizations secure their digital environments, reduce risk, and accelerate cloud adoption. This is a client-facing role where you’ll lead end-to-end security, compliance, identity, and privacy engagements across Microsoft’s ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement secure strategies, architectures, and controls for Microsoft 365 & Azure.

Lead discovery, planning, and implementation workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Deliver enterprise solutions with Microsoft Defender, Azure Defender, Sentinel, Entra AD, Intune, Purview, and related tools.

Provide expertise in data protection, identity & access management, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.

Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, solution presentations, and proofs of concept.

Act as a trusted advisor on security best practices, compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27K, SOC2, etc.), and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with clients to optimize processes, improve productivity, and adopt new features.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in French and English (mandatory).

5+ years of enterprise experience in security consulting and solution delivery.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security Stack : Defender, Sentinel, Entra AD, Intune, etc.

Strong knowledge of EDR / XDR, cloud security, identity management, and data protection.

Recognized certifications (CCSP, CISSP, CISM, etc.) are an asset.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel 5–10% across Canada.
