Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru Sept 30, 2026.

Preferred Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm. No weekends/OT/Holidays/Call. Either 5 days/week (8 hrs/day) or 4 days/week (10 hrs/day)

Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Scope of Work: Ability to see all ages. Examine, diagnose and develop treatment plans and recommendations. Proficient in EHR. Complete all admin paperwork w/n 24-hrs of patient visit. Approx. 16 patients in an 8-hour day. 45 min for new patients and 30 mins for existing patients.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE in FM. Active Medical License and DEA (any state), BLS, ACLS, Current immunizations to include flu and PPD. Security clearance.
