About the Role:

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Clinical Supervisor in Rochester, NY, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical compliance with ethical and legal standards for up to 5 Pre-Licensed providers.

Provide supervision and support to supervisees and promote their professional development.

Maintain a caseload of clients providing mental health services.

Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work

Active LCSW licensure.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive team culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
