JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our remote team. In this role, you will partner closely with delivery leaders, designers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software across both client projects and our internal product roadmap.

As a mid-level member of the QA team, youll take a proactive approach to identifying risks, defining test strategies, and driving continuous improvements across our processes. Youll be responsible for writing and executing test cases, performing thorough manual testing, and logging detailed, actionable bugs. Your ability to clearly communicate complex issues and advocate for quality will be essential in cross-functional collaboration.

Youll also serve as a point of contact for client teams during testing cycles, helping to coordinate test plans and answer questions related to functionality and known issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze feature stories against product requirements to define acceptance criteria and detailed testing plans

Perform thorough manual testing across browsers and devices to validate functionality, usability, and performance

Log and communicate detailed, actionable bugs to developers and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to support agile release cycles and ensure production readiness

Coordinate with client teams and third-party vendors during testing cycles provide guidance, document testing workflows, and address questions about functionality or known issues

Develop subject matter expertise in assigned client domains

Participate in team knowledge sharing and support collaborative testing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should possess:

3+ years experience in software quality assurance, ideally in an agile environment

Comfortable owning the QA process for multiple projects and leading testing efforts

Skilled in manual testing across a variety of browsers and devices

Experienced with tools like Browsterstack, Jira, and Google Drive

Detail-oriented and curious, with a strong sense of ownership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Familiar with responsive websites and native mobile apps

Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative team environment

A passion for games and digital experiences is a plus!
