The Role: Centralized Scheduler

As our Centralized Scheduler, you'll be the orchestrator of seamless communication and scheduling that keeps client experiences smooth and production timelines on track. You'll monitor client scheduling software, manage calendar coordination, handle client communication, and liaise directly with our Production Team to ensure every project phase flows as planned.

What You'll Do

Master Scheduling Flow

Maintain and update client appointments across our scheduling software, ensuring alignment with production timelines and minimizing conflicts.

Client-Focused Communication

Serve as the scheduling touchpoint for clients-confirming or adjusting appointments, maintaining clarity, and enhancing client confidence in our process.

Production Team Liaison

Partner closely with Production to sync resources, timelines, and site availability-anticipating needs and safeguarding against scheduling disruptions.

Internal System Management

Execute scheduling tasks within internal platforms-tracking status changes, logging updates, and ensuring real-time accuracy.

Quality Oversight

Spot and resolve scheduling overlaps or issues proactively, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our operations.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations roles (experience in construction-related or multi-team environments is a plus)

Proficiency with scheduling or project management software (Outlook, BuilderTrend, JobTread, or similar)

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Top-tier interpersonal and communication skills

A service-first mindset with a flair for professionalism

Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing competing priorities seamlessly
