Associate Personal Injury Attorney (5+ years)

Bradley Law is looking for an experienced personal injury lawyer with trial experience. Its owner, Ryan Bradley, won the Missouri Lawyers' Weekly award for highest settlement in 2024 ($14,250,000). We have a tremendous volume of cases coming in the door and we need top talent to work on them.

For the right candidate we will make an offer that is 10% or more above your current base salary. That, combined with a strong bonus program that gives you a piece of every case you work on, the candidate is expected to earn up to $250,000 or more.

We have an amazing staff of pre-litigation paralegals, litigation paralegals, medical coordinators as well as settlement paralegals that fully support the attorneys at every stage of the case.

Qualifications:

Must be barred in MO and IL in good standing.

A law degree from a fully accredited law school.

A min imum of 5+ years of experience practicing Plaintiff Personal Injury Law is mandatory. No exceptions.

Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

High drive and a need to achieve personal and team success.

Ability to collaborate and learn from others.

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of ethics and zealous advocacy on behalf of our clients.

Manage an inventory of cases with the support of dedicated staff.

Guide clients through the case process with frequent communication, empathy, and wisdom.

Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases).

Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.

Regularly consult with adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward.

Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances as well as trials.
