Job Description
The Front Desk Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our front office, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and staff. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and foster a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Relations: Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Administrative Oversight: Supervise front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and record maintenance.
Team Leadership: Train and manage front office staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to dental office policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management or a similar role.
Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
