Home health setting

EMR: HCHB

Documentation required within 24 hours of visit

Performs evaluations and therapeutic services per physician orders

Territory covers North and Northwest plus overflow areas

2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
