Role: Foreman - Pavement

Location: Hillsborough, NJ

Job Type: Fulltime - Onsite

Overview:

We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Paving Foremen to join our growing team. This role is critical in overseeing daily field operations, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Work Hours:

Standard: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (depending on project requirements)

Flexibility required for night paving projects

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise paving crews on-site

Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and schedules

Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials

Train and mentor crew members

Maintain accurate daily production logs and reports

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in paving operations

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

Hands-on, field-oriented approach
