We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Integration Specialist to join our team onsite at our Columbus, Ohio office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and is eager to take on more advanced engineering responsibilities over time. As our data practice expands, you will have a clear career growth path into a Data Engineer role, making this an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in data.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.

Support and enhance our existing data mart, ensuring data integrity and usability.

Develop and execute ETL jobs to integrate data from multiple sources.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.

Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.

Document workflows, data definitions, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.

Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and best practices in data integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Familiarity with ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred (nice to have):

Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python).

Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (SSIS, Airflow, dbt, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Understanding of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS).
