This role is in Coldwater, MI.

Asama Coldwater Manufacturing is hiring a Maintenance & Automation Engineer to support our production systems. In this role, you’ll keep equipment running smoothly, solve problems fast, and lead improvements in Robotics, CNC machines, and PLC controls.What You’ll Do:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Robotics, CNC, and PLC systems.

Develop improvement plans to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.

Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.

Train and support associates on automation and equipment systems.

Work with leaders and engineers to solve issues and improve performance.What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma + 2 years’ experience OR associate degree.

2–4 years of relevant maintenance/automation experience.

Skills with Robotics, CNC, PLCs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and teamwork ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,520.00 - $82,800.00 per year
