Are you a detail-driven, tech-savvy professional with a passion for operational excellence? Join our growing team as an Order Processing Specialist and help us streamline and scale our order management process.
What You’ll Do:
Manage customer orders via EDI and ERP
Set up and test EDI connections with new customers
Coordinate with overseas factories and manage shipping documentation
Ensure order accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing
Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and maintain detailed order records
What You Bring:
Hands-on experience with EDI and ERP systems
Background in mass merchant retail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with data, numbers, and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with import/export logistics and documentation
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
Structure: 3-4 days onsite/ 1-2 days remote
