Job Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of technicians, custodians, and contractors. In this role, you’ll oversee equipment and facility upkeep, drive preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure smooth operations that support our production goals.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct regular inspections and recommend corrective actions
Develop and manage maintenance schedules and technician workloads
Oversee daily building and equipment maintenance activities
Support hiring and onboarding of new maintenance team members
Manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies
Implement proactive maintenance planning and scheduling (PMs)
Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers
Monitor and control the maintenance budget
Prepare and present maintenance reports to leadership
What You Bring:
8+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Expertise in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
Skilled in repairing a wide range of production and facility equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Hourly Range: $30-$34hr
