Location: Bonn (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Data Protection Consultant to improve and streamline internal processes in data protection, compliance, governance, and risk management. A key focus is optimising workflows - such as reviewing data processing agreements (DPAs) - through automation and collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and improve existing workflows (e.g. DPA reviews), identifying inefficiencies and reporting on resource use.

Work with product and development teams to support automation and process enhancements.

Define use cases for AI tools, supply test data, and assess outputs to ensure quality.

Advise internal and external stakeholders on best practices in privacy and compliance.

Share insights on tool usage and integration to maximise operational efficiency.

Your Profile:

Background in law, business, IT or similar, with knowledge of data protection and compliance.

Experience in project coordination or management; process management experience is a plus.

Interest in new technologies, especially automation, data workflows, or AI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise complex processes.

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
