Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager (Capital Improvements) to oversee capital improvement projects that support Revive's growing operations. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects that enhance our facilities, systems, and infrastructure.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to deliver facility and system upgrades on time and within budget. The role does not carry commercial responsibilities or customer ownership; instead, it is focused on building the operational backbone of Revive through strategic facility and systems improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Capital Projects: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for facility and system improvements. Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal stakeholders to align project goals with operational needs, ensuring that facility and system enhancements support long-term company growth.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations, permits, and safety standards. Coordinate with EHS and permitting authorities as .
Vendor and Contractor Oversight: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality, cost-effective project delivery.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
Continuous Improvement: Design and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of capital project execution. Drive operational excellence through standardization and best practices.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in capital improvements, facilities management, industrial systems, or related industries.
Project Management Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with facility systems (e.g., utilities, mechanical, process systems) and industrial project execution.
Collaborative Nature: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
Judgment and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a bias toward action and accountability.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel to Revive facilities and project sites within the U.S.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or naturalized Green Card holder, as defined by U.S. export control laws.
