Talent Strategy Analyst (Human Capital Management Senior Analyst)

If so, then this opportunity may be for you! The Ohio Department of Public Safety is hiring for two (2) Talent Strategy Analysts to join the Human Resources Team in Columbus, OH.

In this position you will:

Meet with internal customers to determine their hiring needs

Meet with internal customers to conduct strategic workforce planning

Conduct job analyses to determine position specific minimum qualifications

Partner with hiring managers and the HR Team to develop an engaging recruitment strategy

Coordinate the review of existing agency specific classifications

Conduct research to aid in the development of new classification requests

Assist in developing valid assessment tools (such as proficiency & ability tests, scored interviews, & work samples)

Evaluate and make recommendations for revisions to current processes
