What We Offer:

Competitive Pay

Hourly Pay: $16.34/hr - $21.00/hr

Shift Differential: $0.75/hr - $2.00/hr, depending on shift and location

The final offer, including level and pay, will be determined based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s relevant job and industry experience, education, knowledge, skills, geographic location, and abilities. What You’ll Do:

Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently

Load and unload trailers and prepare materials for sampling, identification, and storage

Use barcoding systems to track and inventory materials accurately

Transfer goods between warehouse, manufacturing, and production areas

Complete and maintain documentation including receiving reports, audit lists, and trailer inspections

Perform daily maintenance checks on material handling equipment

Keep warehouse areas clean and compliant with safety and cGMP regulations

Wrap pallets and prepare outbound shipments for common carriers, contracts, and air freight

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

Strong math, counting, and basic computer skills

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on cement floors for extended periods

Flexible to work overtime as needed
