• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.
• Document vehicle concerns and explain repair recommendations clearly.
• Serve as the link between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals.What We’re Looking For:
• Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience preferred, not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
