• 3+ years as a Service Manager (or Assistant Manager ready for the next step).
• Ford or Lincoln experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of warranty, compliance, DMS, and operational reporting.What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Deliver premium, white-glove service experiences that retain customers and elevate the Lincoln brand.
• Oversee daily operations and manage KPIs, profitability, and warranty processes.
