We are currently seeking a passionate and licensed Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team and serve students across the state of Ohio.

Position Summary:

The Remote Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide virtual therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and help students achieve their munication goals in a remote learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to K12 students across Ohio using secure teletherapy platforms.

Conduct prehensive virtual assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders and eligibility for services.

Develop, write, and manage pliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with school teams.

Document therapy sessions, student progress, evaluations, and other required reports in accordance with Ohio Department of Education standards.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaboration sessions.

Use digital tools and resources to provide interactive and individualized therapy sessions.

Consult with teachers, families, and staff on strategies to support munication development in the classroom and at home.

Stay current on best practices and regulations in both speech-language pathology and teletherapy.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Active Ohio SLP license issued by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Familiarity with Ohios special education laws and IEP requirements.

Proficient in using teletherapy technology and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, TheraPlatform).

Excellent munication, time-management, and documentation skills.

Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, distraction-free remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing virtual therapy services in a school setting.

Familiarity with Ohio IEP writing platforms (e.g., IEP Anywhere, ProgressBook).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.

Experience working with a variety of speech-language disorders (articulation, fluency, language, AAC, etc.).
