About the Role:
Join our B2C team as a Customer Support Specialist! Support German- and English-speaking customers via phone and email, providing accurate, empathetic, and professional assistance. The role begins on-site with the possibility of hybrid work after 6 months based on performance.
Requirements:
German C1 (fluent) & English B1/B2
Customer service/B2C experience a plus
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work shifts on-site in Sofia
