The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead and manage a team of sales / key account representatives
Provide coaching and training to sales team to improve performance
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
